A few things people often ask before their first visit.
- What happens at my first visit?
- We start with a conversation about your skin, your health history and what you are looking for. You fill out a short form before or at your visit. Then Debora recommends a service and explains each step before she begins.
- How do I book?
- Send a request with the Book button. Debora replies personally within one business day to find a time that works for you.
- Which languages do you speak?
- English, Portuguese and Spanish. Forms, reminders and the client portal are available in all three.
- Who performs the services?
- Debora Lovato performs every service herself. She is licensed in Massachusetts as an esthetician, an electrologist and a massage therapist.
- How should I prepare?
- Come as you are. If you can, arrive with clean skin, and tell Debora about any medications, allergies or recent procedures.
- Is laser hair removal right for me?
- It starts with a consultation. Debora reviews your skin, your hair and your health history, and explains what to expect before any session is planned.
- Where can I see pricing?
- Debora shares pricing when she replies to your request, once she understands what you need.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- What is the client portal?
- After your first visit, Debora may invite you to a private portal where you can fill out forms, see your care plan and send check-ins. It is by invitation only.
